THE SELECTION PROCESS
Examine: Fuse examines your existing technology as well as your existing processes and procedures.
Staff Evaluation: Fuse meets with your staff to better understand the team of people who will be utilizing this technology.
CRM/SAP Options: Fuse narrows the playing field and recommends a couple of different options that will fit your staff best.
Demo: Fuse works with the CRM/SAP vendor to demo the products for the staff.
Selection: Based on the staff feedback, we work with you to select the proper CRM system.
Scheduling: Schedule which modules or sections of the application we will train on and implement.
Training: Train staff on various modules until they are comfortable with the new technology.
Implementation: Implement planned modules.
And repeat: Repeat for various modules until application is fully implemented.
