Will I have the same technician every time?

While most of the time your primary or secondary technician will resolve your issues, there are certain emergency situations when an alternate team member trained on your account will address your issues.

Do you prefer remote or onsite support?

We leave that up to you as the client. Although under certain circumstances the turnaround time on remotely resolving your issue is much less than an onsite visit due to drive time, etc.

Will I have to explain my issue a million times?

No! Fuse’s internal systems are super specific and detailed when it comes to the documentation of both your technology and various issues your staff may report.

Do you outsource your staff?

Absolutely NOT! Our entire staff of full time employees are all housed in our offices in Ferndale, Michigan!

How long has Fuse been in business?

Fuse has been in business since 2006.

How many empolyees does Fuse have?

Fuse has 25 team members.

Does Fuse have references?

Of course! We have many references available upon request.

Can Fuse support my custom software?

Absolutely! Fuse supports and maintains many different types of custom software across a wide range of industries.

What are your average response times?

We guarantee response in under an hour!

Do you provide afterhours support?

Fuse provides 24/7 support. We always have a technical on-call; after normal hours, you just dial our main number, and you will be transferred to our on-call tech.

How do you protect our data or confidential information from your staff?

All Fuse employees are direct employees with thorough background checks. Each employee is required to sign an employment agreement that contractually binds them to client confidentiality amongst other security items.

What is the difference between onsite support time and project time?

Onsite support is the time spent at your location supporting your existing equipment or software. Project time is the implementation of new items, such as software upgrades/ changes, computers, servers, or other technology equipment.

How can Fuse afford to fully maintain my account for one flat fee?

Our exclusive technology: Fuse has invested tens of thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours on our new managed IT service application “Fusion”. The application is installed on every computer and server throughout a clients computing environment. This application gathers data on a constant basis and sends it back to the Fuse servers.

The application not only keeps us plugged into your system, in order to monitor all the critical aspects of your environment, but it also allows us to apply patches, remove viruses, etc., all behind the scenes without ever bothering your users. The Fusion application not only allows us to monitor your entire system but also provides a faster, better delivery of our managed IT service. If an end user calls with an issue we can connect to that machine in seconds saving your company precious time and money.
