The finishing touches are being placed on our new logo, as well as a ton of new marketing material. Oh yea, shirts and hats are coming too!
Secondary Technicians and Help Desk Managers:
Every client is familiar with their primary tech, (don’t worry that person is not changing), and we have always had a secondary technician on every client’s account; however, we realized that our clients were not familiar enough with their secondary tech. Fuse is in the process of creating a “Get to Know Your Tech Sheet” which will give you better insight on everyone who services your account.
As part of the process of better servicing our clients, Fuse is implementing a Help Desk Manager on every clients account. What this person does is monitor every tech request that comes into your account, making sure that everything is handled with the utmost care.
