It’s hard to believe that a decade ago we began “Fusing People with Technology”. In late September of 2006 Fuse Technology Group was conceived and, Boy!, has it been a ride to say the least. We couldn’t have picked a more challenging place or time to start a technology company. Fuse began months prior to the “Great Recession” as we watched the economic climate devour companies, it was a very horrific time. However, we were convinced if we gave the best customer service, hired the best talent and put in plain old hard work, that we would succeed and ride out the horrible economic storm. We were bound and determined to survive, even then as our company was in its infancy. And survive we did!
Just prior to the country coming out of the “Great Recession” we purchased our first building to house the tech side of our company. We continued to grow both in employees and clients. As part of our core training here at Fuse, everyone is required to stay on top of upcoming technologies. Back then the “Cloud” was barely a whisper, but we were convinced it was the future. We began educating ourselves in various platforms, testing, supporting and becoming specialists in every way that was “cloud”. While our competitors viewed the “cloud” as a threat to their existence, we embraced it and viewed it as one of our core services. Today we are one of the biggest cloud IT service companies in the area. We found ourselves ahead of the curve. While others were still racing to even understand the cloud, we were already supporting it for many of our clients.
Just after our big cloud initiative we saw a real need for custom software at many of our clients, so we decided right then that being an IT company/ managed service provider was simply not enough. We began the formation of the programming division of Fuse. Years later it has become just as big as the technical side of our organization. We even had to purchase a second building, next door to our headquarters, to house our programming team. Years passed and we continued to grow, despite the economic adversity in our path.
The real reason for our success, for our existence over the last 10 years, is our clients. Big or small we owe it all to YOU. If it was not for our fiercely loyal client base that we have had the pleasure of servicing all these years, we would not be celebrating our ten-year anniversary today. For that the entire Fuse team thanks you and this letter cannot nearly begin to show you the amount of admiration, appreciation and thanks we have for you.
So on this twenty-sixth day of September two thousand sixteen, as we blow out the candles on our cake, we are wishing success for all of our clients in coming years. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn’t have done it without you! So here’s to you!
Cheers!
The Entire Fuse Family
