It’s a royal pain to keep track of all those CDs, the zillion license keys and everything that goes with it. However, if your software is not tracked, and you’re not 100 percent sure all your licenses are valid, then we strongly advise a license audit. The license audit takes about 2-4 hours of our time. Fuse then provides you a detailed list of all the software on your network. I know what you’re thinking, why do I need this? Are the software police going to come get me? Well it can happen, there are websites out there, in association with big firms like McAfee and Microsoft, that actually pay people to turn in companies they believe have illegitimate software.
